Founded in 2009 Repair Express has grown to service all of Canada and is the only company to have partnered with Purolator to offer cross-country next-day service. Our clients are referred from trusted electronic dealers and Apple resellers. According to thousands of our client, we are the best choice for any out-of-warranty service work for all Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Blackberry, Lenovo, LG (and many other), products and we offer guaranteed original quality (OEM) parts, with qualified technicians to handle your beloved device.
Located in Penticton, Vernon, and Kelowna, Repair Express has carved out a niche market for device and computer repair. We are not your average back alley repair company, or newly trained start up. We are the best at what we do, and that means our staff come with the best certifications like Apple Certified Macintosh Technician ACMT, and Electronics Engineering Degrees, and combined decades of hands on experience. Our team strives to bring value through education, passion, and perfection, with all of our repairs going through a rigorous test to make sure it comes back to the owner in perfect working order.

The client is the first, and most important source for diagnostic information.

RepairExpress technicians (Experts) handle devices that contain personal and professional files, pictures, and information. It is vital that you trust us with your device, but also with your data. Our Experts will never explore personal information that the you have not asked for help with. We will keep safe, and absolutely confidential, your personal information. Our customers are from every walk of life, from teachers to law enforcement, everyone has devices they need help with from time to time, and we’ve been there for you for seven years and counting.
Sustainability
Repair is not only good for the pocketbook, but also good for the soul (and the environment). Every device that is repaired is not a device that goes to a landfill. It is also not a device that needs to be replaced with a brand new one before its time. We ensure that every part we use is of the highest quality, as to ensure that your device functions properly. We also warranty all of our work with our industry leading twelve month warranty. We ensure that every part we replace is recycled, or up-cycled (see appendix), or disposed of properly.

We fix devices and run our stores because we are passionate about the latest “toys”, and that we get to show our clients some of that passion with every interaction.

Our Team
Each member of the Repair Express team is an expert in their field. Whether it is re-engineering a component or simply replacing the glass of your iPad our staff are trained and educated. Each technician has a computer science background whether it is Computer Engineering or Computer Science, we know technology, and make sure that your device is properly looked after. All operations are supervised by accredited computer engineers or Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians.
Our Parts
Many cellphone repair companies will tell you that your device parts are all the same and come from the same factory in China. That could not be further from the truth. Repair Express has access to parts and suppliers that are not available to non-accredited businesses. Our suppliers provide us with the parts that are used on your device when you open the box. We do not use cheap aftermarket parts that are prone to breaking and malfunctioning, this is why we have a 12 month warranty, 3 year warranty, and even our Express Oops Extended Warranty which covers all work and parts for the lifetime of the device and even covers one accidental breakage within 12 months, and everyone else doesn’t. Be aware that unless you are leaving your device with an accredited company, you are likely to be using low-quality parts that are not up to the original manufacture’s standards.

Besides being fast, thorough, and educated in our work, Repair Express guarantees all of our parts and work for up to 12 months, 365 days. We are always more than willing to take a phone call with any questions or concerns from our valued customers. That’s why each device that is returned includes a thank-you note from our technician with their name and number so that you can call them if you have any problems with your device. At Repair Express we are proud to have the best warranty in the industry, often times better than the original manufacturers warranty. Mobile Device Repair is done with one thing in mind, perfection.
All mobile device, laptop, and computer repairs at Repair Express are considered to be after manufacturers warranty, as it is unethical to perform repairs, even of the highest quality, and pretend the device is manufacture faulty, or to request AppleCare service with undisclosed damages.
Further more, all Apple device components are bar coded linked to the specific device serial number, which is of course registered and recorded by Apple during assembly. All devices with third party repairs will have mismatching barcodes, even if the repairs are done with “Apple Quality Parts” voiding the warranty of the device and making the device ineligible for future Apple Service.
